Within our PACT program, we place a strong focus on environmental sustainability. We’re dedicated to reducing our ecological footprint by implementing conscious programs into our procedures. From end-of-life programs for our products through to circularity, minimising waste and championing the use of renewable resources. We firmly believe that businesses have a crucial role in tackling climate change and safeguarding our planet for future generations.
Partnering with Waverley Mills, Australia’s oldest spinning and textile mill, we have transformed textile waste from wildland uniforms into the REmarkable RSPNDR RE Blanket, further demonstrating our commitment to environmental sustainability.
Our social responsibility pillar within PACT is centred around creating a positive impact on our employees, customers and broader communities. We drive to cultivate an inclusive, diverse and respectful work environment where everyone is treated equitably. Additionally, we aim to make a significant contribution to the communities in which we operate through philanthropic endeavours and active community engagement. DIGGER is more than a plushie; he’s a plushie pup with a purpose. Doing good is DIGGER’S main mission. With every plushie purchased, a portion of proceeds with go directly towards the Kookaburra Kids Program.
We are collaborating with the Next Generation of Young Indigenous Designers to create fresh threads for a one-of-a-kind uniform collection. The collab with lndigenousDesignLABS is set to empower Indigenous youth, giving young creatives a chance to flex their artistic influences, explore creative abilities, spark change, and smash through barriers to foster creative entrepreneurship.
