As a leader in law enforcement wearables across Australia and New Zealand, ADA partnered with Tasmania Police to supply officers with the advanced ENFORCR® EVOAdapt Carrier. This case study explores how our focus on collaborative design, custom solutions, and product innovation led to the successful development and rollout of a carrier that sets a new benchmark for officer safety, comfort, and performance.
The Solution: Collaborative Innovation in Action
ADA’s Innovation Cell worked closely with Tasmania Police to engineer a purpose-built solution. ADA also engaged with local industry and partners Armor Australia to supply both hard and soft armour plates, for improved integration with the ENFORCR® EVOAdapt Carrier.
A New Standard for Officer Protection
Tasmania Police required a next-generation ballistic carrier for its frontline officers. The solution needed to move beyond a one-size-fits-all approach, providing superior protection without compromising the comfort and mobility essential for modern policing. Key requirements included:

It ensures comfort and flexibility with advanced microclimate technology, reducing cognitive burden and enhancing focus during missions.

Built-in SAP and HAP integration for comprehensive protection and adaptability, enhancing survivability.
Customisable engineering
Engineered for adaptability, this gear features removable padding for a perfect fit, enhancing comfort and performance.
Smart microclimate cooling padding
Smart padding regulates microclimate, ensuring comfort, minimising fatigue and maximising focus.
Lightweight MOLLE
Lightweight MOLLE enhances mobility and agility, reducing cognitive burden.
The partnership delivered tangible outcomes, equipping officers with superior gear while ensuring operational efficiency and reliability.
The rollout of the ENFORCR® EVOAdapt Carrier began in October 2025, ensuring that every Tasmania Police Officer across the state was equipped with a carrier.
We achieved a Delivery in Full, on Time (DIFOT) rate of over 95%, ensuring officers were equipped without delay.
