Our dedicated in-house team of garment and product design specialists collaborate with our clients to understand and overcome the limitations of existing apparel. Highly qualified with backgrounds in industrial design, fashion design and textile technology our Melbourne-based designers collaborate with clients to accelerate the design process, using a progressive design process to swiftly produce a single product prototype.

All our production facilities come with stringent checks and quality assurance practices ensuring that all products manufactured or procured locally and internationally conform to agreed specifications and meet world-recognised certifications and standards. This rigorous testing is performed throughout each step of our manufacturing process from the raw materials used through to the final garment.

While our Bendigo facility is home to over 120 textile specialists and produces over 600,000 garments annually, we also retain a global network of ethical and specialist uniform manufacturers. Our diverse approach provides consistent supply channels and works to reduce supply risk as we remain committed to attracting a diverse and talented workforce, making a positive contribution to the countries and communities in which we work.
