We are navigating through the implementation of measures that will ensure we balance the safety and wellbeing of our staff and their families, whilst also guaranteeing the uninterrupted supply of essential uniform and equipment items to vital frontline personnel within our Healthcare and other crucial first responder and utility sectors.
Increased demand
Increased demand as an essential service provider to some of our country’s heroes and to support the effort to flatten the curve and meet increased demand, we are extending our hours of operations within our warehouse facility.
Turnaround times
By implementing extended hours of picking and packing at our warehouse and whilst observing the direction with regards to physical distancing between our team members – we now have teams working in shifts enabling us successfully to halve our turnaround times from order placement to despatch.
New staff
Our Bendigo Factory has currently secured new permanent factory staff members and is seeking to recruit more staff to assist with the current increase of demand for the local production of Australian made uniforms in essential services.
Social distancing
We have scaled up our physical distancing policies at our 10 sites across the country and in New Zealand as well as trialling working from home capabilities in response to current Government advice.
All Systems Go
Our IT teams have ensured all operational capabilities are at full speed whilst our staff are working remotely – this will guarantee any services provided to our customers, including responding to calls and email queries will be maintained as business as usual. We are maintaining operations at our usual level with a heightened sense in response to the situation, our distribution centres, manufacturing plant and offices nationwide remain open and we encourage you to contact you Sales Representative or Sale Manager should you have any queries.
